Harvest Cranberry Apple Pie. It is delicious! I made it as a Christmas pie for the family in Ohio. Ooooh. Ahhhh. It was like folks at a fireworks display. OK, I was showing off a little but it was darn good. The recipe is from "My Sweet Vegan." I'll add the recipe to this post tomorrow.
