Tonight I am fixing a recipe from my new cookbook "Eat Drink and Be Vegan". Its "Chocolate Pumpkin Pie" on page 188. And it's easy as pie...sorry. Just get a prepared chocolate cookie pie crust (vegan), a can of pumpkin pie mix, melted chocolate chips (vegan), little cornstarch, little salt, mix in your food processor and pour into the pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, 350 for 25 minutes. Let it cool completely and presto - Thanksgiving Dessert.
